RESPONSIBILITIES : - Responsible for ensuring KYC checks and completing all due diligence relating to credit checks - Provide feedback to internal teams on credit process / policies/ and sharing of best practices - Adhere to internal policies and TAT's for loan approval - Identify potential fraudsters/ suspect customers and implement processes around them - Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation where needed - Ensure all records and documentation is maintained for all loan applications EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : - Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer or similar role - Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products - Basic knowledge of KYC and bureau related data - Customer service experience
