About Snapmint:

Snapmint is on a mission of democratising no/low cost instalment purchases for next 200 Mn Indians. Of the 300 million credit eligible consumers in India, less than 30 Million actively use credit cards. Snapmint is reinventing credit for the next 200M consumers by providing them freedom to buy what they want and pay for them in instalments without a credit card. In a short period of time Snapmint has reached over a million consumers in 2200 cities and has powered over 200 crores worth of purchases.

Snapmint was started by a closely-knit team of passionate bankers and technocrats from IIT Bombay. We are looking for suitable candidates to focus on operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

- Streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and optimize resource allocation.

- Monitor operational performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to management.

- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks through control mechanisms.

- Foster cross-functional collaboration to optimize end-to-end operations.

- Will work closely with the Co-founder

Skills & Qualification Required:

- Btech with 3+ years of experience.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven recommendations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence

- Experience in Creation of Reports and Dashboards

- Good with Advance Excel, Sql
