Leadership

Nalin, Anil, and Abhineet are IIT Bombay alumni and serial entrepreneurs. Their success stories include - Oyo, Ola, Holachef, Inrea and Sodel Solutions. Since 2008, the focus has been on solving big data problems, "real-time" predictive technologies and algorithms primarily Ad-tech, Consumer Marketing and Media and growing eCommerce brands.

About the role

The person is responsible for ensuring that the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with investors, and all stakeholders. is responsible for assisting in creating appropriate strategy, framework, and tactics, as well as establishing and nurturing lender relations

Responsibilities:

- Managing relationships with financial institutions that are in retail co-lending partnerships.

- Responsible for account management and business development. and onboard new partners.

- Engaging closely with banks and other lenders to finalize product flows, commercial agreements, tech integration, documentation and success metrics,

- Liaising with financial institutions/banks ensuring smooth flow of operations

- Reduce cost of capital

- Responsible for business volumes and ensuring scale up of partnership

- Driving tech integrations on various aspects of the partnership across Underwriting Operations, Monitoring, and Collections/Reconciliation.

- Close coordination with credit and operational executives for loan approvals, disbursals

- Ensure all tasks, deliverables and documentation are created with the highest level of accuracy

- Develop networks and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy, regulatory environment, and recent developments in the sector.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA / CA/ CFA with excellent communication skills

- Prior fin-tech experience is must

- 5-7 years of relevant experience with Customer facing / knowledge/awareness of various structures and regulatory requirements

- Be able to build business relationships, talk to various levels of an organization.

- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and willing to take on responsibility.

- Good understanding of finance markets and the fintech environment.
