Snapmint is reinventing credit for the next 200M consumers by providing them freedom to buy what they want and pay for them in instalments without a credit card. In a short period of time Snapmint has reached over a million consumers in 2200 cities and has powered over 200 crores worth of purchases.

Snapmint was started by a closely-knit team of passionate bankers and technocrats from IIT Bombay. We are looking for suitable candidates who can assist and maintain compliance issues.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures specifically tailored to the NBFC sector.

- Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements set forth by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or relevant authorities.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits to identify and mitigate potential issues.

- Train and educate staff on NBFC compliance standards and regulatory changes.

- Manage reporting to regulatory bodies, including filing necessary reports and responding to inquiries.

- Stay updated on evolving NBFC regulations and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with other departments to address compliance-related matters and maintain a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

- Investigate and resolve compliance violations and issues promptly.

Experience & qalification required:

- 5+ years of experience into compliance, risk management, regulatory

- Ability to assess complex compliance issues and develop solutions.

- Proficiency in addressing compliance challenges.

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East - Western Line)

Working Days: 5 days & alternat saturdays working
