Snapmint is on a mission of democratising no/low cost instalment purchases for next 200 Mn Indians. Of the 300 million credit eligible consumers in India, less than 30 Million actively use credit cards. Snapmint is reinventing credit for the next 200M consumers by providing them freedom to buy what they want and pay for them in instalments without a credit card. In a short period of time Snapmint has reached over a million consumers in 2200 cities and has powered over 200 crores worth of purchases.

Snapmint was started by a closely-knit team of passionate bankers and technocrats from IIT Bombay. We are looking for suitable candidates for finance strategy.

Responsibilities -

a. Preparation of medium term and Annual Operating Plan at Product and Unit levels

b. Background knowledge of BFSI sector

c. Preparation Business Plan across business segment/Area/Channel Partners

d. Periodically forecasting of business plan across business segments/Area/Channel Partners

e. Identified risks and key performance indicators, raised alerts to senior management for corrective action

f. Monitor KPIs on an ongoing basis

g. Using analytical skills to analyse data with learning process for business forecast

h. Well versed with MS office (Excel, PPT, etc)

i. Due Diligence experience from Big4 would be preferred

j. Assist senior team members in Equity and Debt fund raising

k. Assist compliance team in document towards both Debt and Equity fund raise

Skills & Qualification required:

a. Chartered Accountant or MBA into finance

b. Experience of 2-3 years post qualification into finance

Working Days : 5 days & Alternate Saturday's working
