Role : Marketing Manager-Consumer Insights   Location : New Delhi  Team:   Brand marketing team is the custodian of the overall Snapdeal brand and is responsible for building it amongst various stake holders of the business, Buyers (End consumers) and Sellers. They build equity for the Brand by developing and executing the brand marketing plan for the year. This is predominantly driven with the support of the Consumer Insights team. The goal of the Consumer Insights team is to develop strong consumer insights through research, and incorporating the same into Brand roadmap and communication.   Given the rapid growth of the overall business in the last 2 years, and the aggressive plans for the coming year, this team will be critical to achieving the goals of the overall business by building and growing the Snapdeal brand, on the back of strong, data-backed, quality consumer insights.   Key Responsibilities:   The key responsibilities of the role include:  - Acquiring, managing and disseminating key consumer insights and behavioral patterns of potential online shoppers across the various teams within marketing, and cross functional teams across the company.   - Support the Brand Marketing team in developing Communication objectives and Brand plan by providing Data driven and actionable consumer insights.   - Define and integrate Voice of the consumer into every aspect of the business by utilizing primary/secondary research   - Develop programs to comprehensively integrate consumer insights into every touch point, and drive improvement of the overall experience   - Owning the entire customer interaction flow, and optimize the various processes to streamline communication, in line with the brand values and objectives   - Develop key metrics to track Brand perception amongst the relevant TG   - Drive Consumer research and competitive analysis, to ensure the Brand remains relevant to consumers and measure the effectiveness of the initiatives that are being driven to support the Brand promise   Requirements:   - Must have experience in consumer led roles and driving the overall strategy for large brands  - Must be able to align and drive processes across all the teams in the company  - Strong interpersonal skills including ability to drive change in a fast paced environment  - Demonstrated understanding of shopper behavior and translation into meaningful and actionable insights  - Expertise with key marketing research and analytics techniques - segmentation, attitude and usage studies, positioning research, customer experience research, social media research and other quantitative and qualitative methodologies.  MBA from a reputed B School (2008-2009 batch)
