Role Description: Drive Product GTM and LCM for Mobiles at Snapdeal. Essentially drive a fact based approach to answer - How to sell- . Deliver on topline sales, bottom line margins and conversions for the portfolio of products  Responsibilities:   - In-depth assessment of product lifecycle basis sellout units, GM% and understand impact of pricing changes, cannibalization within portfolio  - Identify levers to increase sales e.g. affordability tools, merchandizing on-site, external marketing, partnerships with content partners and other stakeholders  - Identify levers to improve profitability over product lifecycle  - Work closely with respective category stakeholders, SA team, OEMs to ensure sales are as per business target  Education : Engineer/MBA from premier schools  Desired Experience In Yrs: 2-3 years in E-commerce industry / CLM / U&R roles in product industry  Skills (Must have) :-   Knowledge of E-commerce (preferable)  Attitude & mind-set to own and solve business problems  Excellent structuring, hypothesis based analytical skills   Strong focus on outcomes and timely delivery  Detail oriented and ability to build excel models with minimal guidance  Excellent inter-personal and written / verbal communication skills  Skills (Good to have) :-   Understanding and liking of Mobile based technology  Prior experience of working in entrepreneurial setting
