E-commerce industry in hyper growth phase, and there is a large focus on the trends that are evolving and also the companies which are driving this growth. The aim of the Public Relations team is to drive the overall positioning of the company with relevant audience, and meet the objectives that have been outlined.
Given the growth e-commerce industry has seen over the last 3 years, the media coverage and the buzz across various media vehicles has been very high as well. Quality of coverage is becoming more and more important given the quantity of coverage is a given . It is also becoming very essential to portray the point of view of the company and establish key organization messages for the organization.
The candidate will be responsible for Snapdeal's external strategic communications to communicate the salience of Snapdeal, as well as the company's distinctive business ethos internally and to customers, partners and opinion makers/ influences
Role & Responsibility :
- Handling END-END Cycle staring from (Idea to Execution).
- Expertise in Technical Branding.
- Handled multiple Technical Account.
- Writing, guiding and pitching news stories.
Requirements :
- Proven track record of developing effective corporate communication program/ campaigns & developing media relations across categories and markets.
- Effective written communications, highlighted by clear and precise writing skills; thorough and persuasive verbal communications; high-impact presentation capabilities; and the ability to drive team/ agency partners forward to reach challenging goals.
Education Qualification : Master's Degree in mass communication / journalism or MBA
Experience : 5-8 years relevant experience, having worked in the Technical Branding of a leading technology company or one of the top PR agencies in technology domain.
