Job Description:

- Category planning and implantation in line with BU strategy through medium and short term objectives.

- Drive top line and bottom line by means of product expansion, brand partnerships and new initiatives.

- Drive search conversion by ensuring relevant assortment, pricing and content.

- Ensure in stock, assortment & pricing through seller negotiations.

- Discover monetization channels from existing and new brand partnerships

- Drive ads sales through varies campaign and schemes

- Analyse and monitor KPIs like search, visit, conversion, product rating , SLAs etc.

- Ensuring minimum SLA breach by sellers by enabling them to adhere to processes and policies
