Job Location: Delhi/NCR  Job title: Manager / Senior Manager  Reporting to: Sr. Director - Service Marketing  Span of Control:   Business Segment/Dept.: Customer Experience- Service Marketing  Job Summary:  To lead an analytics function for the customer experience organization that analyses out core customers and establishes predictive models on customer behaviour as a critical input to targeted interventions by the CX organization to increase conversion.  Duties & Responsibilities  - You will lead an advanced analytics delivery team supporting the customer experience organization  - You will work closely with business leaders, product managers, operations to derive customer insights and establish predictive models on customer behaviour with the aim to drive conversion and customer engagement   - The data driven insights you generate will be consumed by various functions and converted into targeted interventions on revenue enhancement and retension  - You will also support the A/B testing of these and other interventions that the CX organization undertakes  Educational Qualifications:  Essential Desirable:   - Graduation in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or any other quantitative discipline  - MBA from IIM/ISB or quantitative oriented degree from a top university  Personal Qualities & Behavioural Traits:  - Deep analytical & problem solving skills   - Strong inter-personal skills   - Ability to build and lead a team of analysts  - Prior experience in working with senior business leaders and being a thought partner   Required Experience & Skill Set :  - 6+ years in analytics experience  - Excellent analytical skills: Hands-on with data mining and statistical tools like SAS, SQL, R and web analytics tools  - At least 2 years of experience in developing descriptive and predictive models to solve business problems. Review effectiveness of models to determine readiness for business use   - Strong experience in segmentation, propensity modelling, forecasting, customer profiling, clustering, behaviourial analysis.  - Exposure to Operations, Project Management and Business customer facing organization a plus  - Client Lifecycle Management (Acquire and activation, Cross Sell/Up Sell, Retention & Win-back)   - Experience of quantifying impact of service / product features on conversion (a/b Testing, campaign analysis)  - Experience with big data platforms
