Finance Business Partner   BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN CHALLENGES OF THE JOB  To business partner the Senior Leadership in supporting the growth agenda for the business.   The business partner should be able to support the team in this agenda by developing business metrics, co-owning them in the journey and drive performance management within the intact teams. He should be able to visualise opportunities to grow, provide insights and present it to the leadership teams.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   - Set up clear quarterly / financial operating framework for the team. Present the framework to the business leadership team along with the Business Head.   - Drive performance management periodically and support key business decision making  - Develop and evaluate key metrics in line with industry benchmarks. Jointly create actionable strategies and investments.  - Establish & simplify processes and controls to enable doubling of the business over the next few years  - Realise opportunities and manage issues arising from rapidly developing regulatory and fiscal environment  - Lead the finance team of xx people and develop capabilities to run a $xxbn business  - To bring insights for growth and competitive advantage through the analysis of data  ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS  - 8-10 years of experience of working as business partner with leading FMCG / Telecom companies  - Brand Building & Customer Development partnering experience handling independent P&L responsibility  - Ability to lead large teams in businesses of turnover exceeding - Rs 1000 Cr  - Professional qualification in finance (CA / MBA) with wide experience in financial, operational and business partnering roles.   - Excellent inter-personal and communication skills  REQUIRED LEADERSHIP BEHAVIOURS  - Have a mind-set to drive sustainable growth  - Ability to drive accountability & responsibility with cross functional teams  - Focus on customer first   - Bias for Action  - Building Talent & Teams
