Senior Manager - Seller Experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Seller Services Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of seller services, including onboarding, support, training, and performance management. The Seller Services Leader will play a pivotal role in driving seller success and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract, onboard, and retain high-quality sellers on the platform.

- Lead a team of seller services specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure excellence in service delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SCM, Finance, Category, and product development, to enhance seller experience and drive revenue growth.

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for sellers, covering platform features, best practices, and seller policies.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and advocating for their needs.

- Analyze seller performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing initiatives to optimize seller success and satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to inform seller services strategies and initiatives.

- Drive innovation in seller services processes and tools, leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

- Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure sellers adhere to platform policies and regulatory requirements.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the seller services team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, with a focus on seller services or account management.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective seller services strategies.

- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and seller ecosystem.

- Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
