Job Description –

- This role is for a business accelerator in India’s largest marketplace, Snapdeal.com. An Ideal candidate would be someone who takes end-end responsibility across a multitude of spheres, be it Sales, Marketing, Operations planning, Process improvement, Promotional planning and Vendor management and basic level of Analytics.

- This role signifies General management in its purest form and has key learning, takeaways.

- A role within the Category teams of Snapdeal.com ensures a 360 degree exposure to the entire business and is an exhaustive and a very demanding role.

Responsibilities

- Driving, Managing P&L

- Vendor onboarding

- Maximizing brand availability @ Best prices

- Ensuring round the clock availability of products

- Key account management

- Owning all the key metrics that govern the Category’s health

- Interaction with internal teams

- Operational planning

Requirements

- B Tech (Top B School)

- Minimum 2 - 4 years of work experience ; preferably in an analytics driven environment

- Must be analytically sound and comfortable handling large volumes of data and its interpretation

- Candidate needs to have a winning attitude and an ability to never get bogged down by issues, problems

- Right candidate needs to be able to survive in a fast-paced work environment with little or no help

- Candidate from furniture background (dealing in imports) is preferred.
