Marketing Analyst


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven marketing strategies and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analysis, proficiency in SQL, and hands-on experience in managing campaigns through Facebook Business Manager and Google AdWords.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Data Analysis (Must Have) : Utilize SQL and other analytical tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights. Interpret marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.

2) Campaign Management (Good to have): Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns using platforms like Facebook Business Manager and Google AdWords. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

3) Performance Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track campaign performance, including key metrics, KPIs, and ROI. Present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for campaign enhancements.

4) Audience Segmentation:Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies based on data analysis to target specific customer segments effectively.

5) Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, benchmark against industry standards, and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market.

6) Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, and Product, to align marketing strategies and ensure a cohesive brand message.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field from a Tier 1/Tier 2 college.

- Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics and campaign management.

- Proficient in SQL with a demonstrated ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets.

- Hands-on experience in managing campaigns using Facebook Business Manager and Google AdWords.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
