Job Description: - The Talent Acquisition Manager will support Country HR Director to build and execute short and long term talent acquisition plan per strategic workforce planning, and ensure alignment with business HRs. - The position will directly report to India HR Director. There will be functional dotted reporting between the Talent Acquisition Manager and Director Talent Acquisition. The job holder will need to work closely with Divisional HR counterparts and colleagues. Duties &amp; Responsibilities: - Define and implement the right strategy for hiring Contingent &amp; Direct Workforce. - Develop, consolidate and optimize hiring channels, so as to also ensure better recruitment cost management. - Partner the Country HR Director and the Country Management Team in setting up the Employer Branding Strategy and manage the roll out in the country (Online/Offline): - Showcase Pages - Microsites - Job Fairs, Event Partnerships - Build and manage external partnerships with agencies, universities, colleges and talent acquisition partners. Maintain strategic relationship with target universities. - Hiring for the Group/Divisionally driven Trainee Programs. - Volume Graduate/Management Trainee hiring for divisions across India. - Event partnerships with key universities. - Drive internship programs to address business needs. - Supporting Apprentice Programs. - Standardize our employee onboarding experience across the divisions in the country. - Recruitment analysis on cost and performance &amp; metrics to support ongoing strategic &amp; tactical workforce planning. - Assess hiring process and introduce best practices to enhance positive candidate experiences. - Manage &amp; evaluate RPO/recruitment channels and other agencies for delivery capability and propose continuous improvement initiatives. - Drive Diversity hiring plans. - Communicating with external resources to map Industry HC &amp; recruiting trends, which could impact the business divisions in the country. - Developing &amp; maintaining the recruiting/interviewing skills of the People Manager. The Individual: - Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources preferred. - At least 10 years working experience in human resources field within multinational organizations and international environment. - Proven track record in Talent Acquisition &amp; well understands the India Market. - Experience in handling Campus/University Engagements preferred. - Fluent in English speaking and writing as daily working language. - Strong communication skills and being able to influence people with diverse background. - Self-driven, autonomous and able to work remotely on virtual basis. - Working with Global Teams will be of added advantage.
