Role Summary and Responsibilities: This position will play an important role in HR Service Center team as a Generalist overseeing areas related to Compensation &amp; Benefits, employee relations, training, performance management, and HR Administration. The HR Manager will be responsible for end to end compensation &amp; benefits plan, employee relations and other related HR Activities. This will also be responsible for partnership with local leadership in communication, policy adherence, case management, and employee relations issues. Also, this position requires to serve as a super user for HRIS (SAP). HR Manager will be responsible for the following tasks, but not limited to; 1. To track the salary structure and provide the payroll data and coordinates with Finance to ensure that employee gets the salary and benefits on-time. 2. To coordinate with HR BP for the effectiveness of the Performance Management System. 3. To administer sales and non-sales incentive payout, seasonal bonus and benefits. 4. To support and contribute to the design, execution, communication, and administration of various global compensation policies and programs benchmark surveys and studies; perform internal and external compensation data analysis to ensure competitiveness; stay abreast of market practices. 5. To Serve as HR Administrator for employees of the Smiths Group in India regarding Compensation &amp; Benefits, talent acquisition, Benefits management, employee relations, HR systems, information and employment administration. 6. To implement the HR systems and procedures and provides feedback on the effectiveness the same. 7. To resolve non-standard employee enquiries, identifying the best means to find expert support. 8. To administer and provide accurate employee related data and information to HR Operations team. 9. To analyze trends and report results, bringing findings and insights from the HR Helpline to the business. 10. To compile and provide employee related MIS and reports to management for decisions. 11. To interact with the HR BP, Country HR, Hiring manager and manage the RPO agency for talent acquisition. 12. To administer the on boarding process and hire orientation. 13. To maintain employment files and ensure archiving of files is up-to-date and accurate. 14. To manage employee separation process including settlements and exit interviews and retire benefits. 15. To support and interact with business partners and other members of the HR team on design principles, communication tools, and implementation process. 16. To reinforce a strong pay-for-performance culture. 17. To resolve employee grievances/ conflicts through conciliation and counseling. 18. To help Line managers to identify the training needs and to organize the Training and development activities across organization for enhancement of competency in the organization. 19. To promulgate the global company culture in the organization. 20. To coordinate various employee recognition and employee engagement initiatives for enhancing the employee commitment in the organization. 21. To fulfill any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management. Qualification and Experience: Qualification: Graduation + PG or PGD in HR. Following are the major area of experience for the potential candidate 1. Around 7 - 10 years of experience as HR generalist in manufacturing or product service industries. 2. Experienced in Compensation and Benefits, HR administration, Compliance, employee benefit management, MIS &amp; data management, and grievance management. 3. Experience in understanding the requirements and interpreting the Indian Industrial Labor laws. 4. Experience helping to improve operations and deliver stake-holder satisfaction. 5. Experience in multinational manufacturing company is preferred. Knowledge/Skills Requirements: 1. Ability to make effective decisions and manage several processes in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication skills including strong verbal and written communication in English. 3. Strong Knowledge in end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process. 4. Good understanding of Compensation &amp; Benefits, labor market dynamics, and legal framework. 5. Ability to multi- tasking to meet the workplace demands through prioritization and focus. 6. Excellent Interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of management. 7. Ability to go into the attention to details. 8.
