What will you do: - You will be part of the young, dynamic and growing product team, and will own a specific product area and deliver on a few key customer experience and business metrics. - You will work closely with Engineering, UX, analytics, business & operations teams. Current opportunities include in the following 4 domains: - Internal products including - Growth products, Tools that to internal efficiency, including, oder management, lead management, customer engagement. ( think of this as an internal SaaS product which does ERP + CRM) - Product to manage appointments, in clinic visits, inventories, order flows not just for our clinics but for franchise and partner clinics ( think of this as a SaaS for Dental Clinics) - Innovations related to Dental care solution. Product/offerings which will be unique & first of the kind in India and made for the world ( eg dental scores based on customer images, automated video consultation with Virtual Doctors, Auto/Assisted dental prescriptions, plans based on historical ( anonymised) data . - Business to business ( SaaS) product to get orders from dental clinics & doctors across the globe and serve the product & services required by them. What are we looking for: - A person who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence in every decision , every day. - The person who always looks for opportunities that deliver the most optimal way to deliver business & customer experience objectives within the constraints ( budgets, time and people). - The person should be able to build a long term product roadmap and work backwards by breaking down the deliverables into projects, epics, stories and tasks. - The incumbent should have owned and delivered similar products in the past. The PM should be fine working in the less structured environment and champion the processes and structure in their domain. - We are looking for a seasoned product lead with relevant product experience of 6 to 8 years in fast paced (internet) companies. Second order thought process is a must and should demonstrate first principle thought process in the discussions. - Please note, relevant experience & passion is more important than your degrees.
