Position Title : Head - Corporate Partnerships (West)

Smile Foundation works for the welfare of children and their families through intensive programmes focused on education, healthcare, livelihood and women empowerment. Started in 2002 by a group of young corporate professionals, today we have evolved into a national level development organization with project presence in 25 states across India, 10 offices in strategic locations and over 400 employees, besides countless volunteers, well wishers and supporters.

Role:

- To drive the resource mobilization initiative for the organisation in India through new tie-ups with corporates and retention of donors

- To motivate the team to meet resource generation targets of the region.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

- To carry out market and competition analysis of the western region.

- To plan strategy for developing Mumbai as a major centre for fundraising.

- To develop and execute Business Development Strategy for the achievements of the targets in accordance with opportunities in western region.

- To supervise, support & guide the subordinates in the western region CP team.

- To plan & execute nurturing and retention strategy of existing donors of western region.

- To update the HO on the work progress of western region CP team through various reporting formats.

- Administration Responsibilities: To support and supervise overall Administration of the Mumbai Office and carry out other activities that will be assigned from time to time as per need of the organization.

Desired profile of the candidate:

- Should be from a marketing background.

- Preferably worked with a large NGO.

- Proven track record of fundraising.

- Presentable with good verbal and oral skills.

- Preferably based out of Mumbai with knowledge of Mumbai market.

- Having 15-30 years of fundraising experience.

Desired work experience : Minimum 15 years
