Job Description:

- Lead the planning process and finalize the Business Plan of the organization (encompassing all Departments) with accurate forecasting of projects and project funding, to include administrative expenditure, in line with the organization's Vision & Mission

- Support / lead in planning of Department Goal and Work Plans. Also ensure that financial budget is aligned with the business plan

- Proactive mentoring and monitoring of operational work plans of all Departments through a system of periodic reviews so as to ensure timely deliverables and if required initiate corrective actions wherever necessary.

- Strong programmatic grasp of the projects being executed and offer support/ assistance in resolving operational challenges

- Focused attention on resource mobilization for organizational sustainability. Proactively engage with concerned Departments to ensure funds flow as per business plan.

- Ensure that systems are in place for effective financial control and good governance.

- Oversee the Communication and Branding of the organization in keeping with the organization's Vision and Mission

- Facilitate HR in Manpower planning, policy making, implementation and creating a healthy working environment

- Intervene and support in resolving operational/inter-departmental issues on day-to-day basis

Desired profile of the candidate:

- Experience or knowledge of social development sector preferred

- A minimum of 20 years of experience and minimum 5 years in a top general management position

- Significant experience of setting, managing and monitoring budgets and targets.

- Ability to make Management decisions, good organizational skills, Proven administrative record

- Strong ability to network and strengthen relationship with stakeholder.

- A strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communications.

- Computer Proficiency.
