Role: Provide leadership & direction to the team working on business development in Emerging Corporate Group.

Responsibilities :

- Meet the targets allocated to team

- Identify, network and build relationships with bankers

- Generate leads through various sources

- Arrange seminars and other networking events

- Maintain and analyse relevant MIS

- Provide knowledge and training to the team

- Measures of Success

- Achievement vis-a-vis targets

- Individual team member performance

- Quality of business generated

- Training and retention within the team

Reporting:

- The role will report directly to the Regional Associate Vice President

- Experience & knowledge

- Should currently be in a leadership role or have been in a leadership role in school &/or college

- Excellent communication skills

- Passion for sales

- Knowledge of finance and Indian financial system
