Position : IT Infrastructure Manager
Core Areas Windows, AD, Server Virtualisation - VMWare/Hyper-V, Networking - LAN & WAN, Storage - SAN & NAS, Backup solutions, Firewall, Mailing, Data Security, License Management etc.
Profile Responsible for the IT Infrastructure management & operations, encompassing specific responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Helping maintenance, support and operations of IT infrastructure, Core network and Data center functions
- Management and maintenance of DC & DR Servers, Backup, Storage, Core Security, Firewalls etc.
- Conducting regular DR Drills
- Licenses and asset utilization and tracking, lifecycle management
- WAN & LAN management, upgrades, maintenance
- Wi-Fi, Wireless Controllers & security
- Network Audit & reporting
- Internet Bandwidth provisioning and reporting
- Technology evaluation POCs, Negotiations and Sourcing
- Scheduled reports, reviews
- Liaising with Internal Compliance team and help in maintaining security and statutory compliances related to IT
- Responsible for the delivery, management and availability of IT infrastructure though internal IT Infrastructure team and FMS/ other vendors.
- Building IT infra capabilities by implementing major technology changes, thereby improving the overall efficiency within a tight time-frame & negligible loss of business.
- Design and implement monitoring controls, tracking and reporting and report key IT operations metrics. Accountable for planning, operational procedure & process management.
- Responsible for vendor management in the areas of IT infrastructure and info security implementation.
- Manage internal and FMS team, ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines. Ability to communicate clearly with all the concerned stakeholders.
- Ability to innovate and provide solutions for business problems. Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures for effective delivery of services and compliance with regulatory guidance.
- Establish and implement 'best-practice standards as well as departmental policies and procedures.
Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, provides guidance/suggestions, resolves complex issues, self-driven and proactive, innovation & new approaches, problem solving and crisis management, judgment & decision making.
Qualification : BE (Computer/ Electronics Engg. Or equivalent)/ MCA
Certification : ITIL, Microsoft, CISCO, PMP
Experience : 7-11 Years
