SME - Warranty Analytics - SCM - Retail/CPG/Healthcare/Telecom/Hospitality/Manufacturing/Pharma

- Good understanding of domains like Retail / CPG /Healthcare / Telecom / Hospitality / Manufacturing / Pharmaceuticals

- Operation research optimization experience using liner programming, MILP, Meta heuristics like Genetic Algorithm, Monte Carlo simulation, Markov chain, Goal Programming etc.

- Good understanding as well as execution of end to end Analytical projects by using Operation research methods like Linear Programming, Mixed Integer Linear programming, Quadratic Programming, Non Linear Programming etc.

- Ability to interpret results of above mentioned Statistical techniques

- Co-ordinate with client and delivery teams to understand requirements to develop solution

- Proven technical strength and creativity - the ability to think outside the box for technical solutions. Strong cross-group collaboration and communication skills - ability to coordinate deliverables across teams.

- Be a subject matter expert in Optimization and simulation techniques for deriving business insights with measurable success in the automotive value chain.

- Provide experts- advice in developing, testing & deploying and maintenance of models/algorithms.

- Get Involvement in key delivery and high visible project at each level to guide & mentor the team members to deliver the high value added results.

- Develop new solution to cater to client requirements

M Tech/MSC/PhD in the area of Operation Research /Mathematics with demonstrated work experience as mentioned above can also be considered

- 8+ years- experience

Must have hands-on experience in developing multiple models using Supply Chain (Logic Net, Supply chain Guru, etc.) and Operation research software like CPLEX/GAMS/GLPK/R/Python/SAS etc

Good-to-Have

Programming experience in Java/Python/VB.Net is an added advantage
