SME - Capital Markets - Process Design

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Will be responsible for conducting workshops with customer, designing process maps, analyzing business processes and recommending new design changes to existing business processes.

- Should be able to help team of Process modeler in understanding domain and in mapping business processes of specific domain

- Should be able to bring industry knowledge of domain to help customer in optimizing, improving business and operational processes based on industry best practice

- Should have knowledge on business KPIs for underline domains and should be able to help customers in defining KPIs

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Should be conversant with the notation based business process design languages; for example, BPMN and various process patterns

- Should have executed Continuous improvement projects

- Aware of recent trends in Capital Markets

- Product Lifecycle Management process knowledge

- Software Development Life Cycle Process Knowledge will be added advantage

- Business analysis skills

- Excellent client handling & customer interaction skills

- Very good communication & presentation skills

- Should be able to work under limitations
