- Looking for Manager or Senior Manager from Captive or 3'rd party BPOs with strong expertise in handling AML and Fraud Investigations operations for global clients.

- Should possess good people management skills and excellent client facing expertise as well.

- A people manager and also a Subject matter expert in AML, fraud investigations domain

- Should have done his contribution in process excellence, transition, operations delivery meeting customer KPIs and SLAs etc.

- Should be willing to work in Shifts
