SMC Group - Debt Syndication Role

We are seeking a skilled candidate for Debt Syndication in our Investment Banking dept.

- Ability to understand and prepare funding proposal for clients for products such as Term loan, Working Capital loan, Project Financing, External Commercial Borrowing, etc.

- Understanding the business model/ project and assessing the finance requirement

- Ability to prepare Information Memorandum, detailed financial model and other transaction documents for submission of proposal to various lenders

- Managing Marketing Activities of the Company by participating in various Meets & Seminars

- Handling existing corporate relationships of the firm and analyzing possible business opportunities.

Qualification: CA/MBA from leading business schools.

Experience: At least 2 to 4 years experience in similar profile. Not more than 4 years.
