5. Setting up the Online Trading Business from scratch and turning it into a profit centre.

Instrumental in planning & executing all activities with respect to Online Trading, including staff recruitment for all levels of the operations, sales & customer service.

Product Development :- Constant monitoring and updation for the website, trading portal, services & offerings.

Analysis of product with the peers in the industry and deriving the scope of improvement.

Understanding the futuristic needs of the client and tailoring the gamut of product & services accordingly.

Skill set

1. Looking forward candidate who is into minimum 5 years experience in broking industry (Preferably experience in discount broking industry too).

2. Should have good exposure into all segments of share broking i.e. online trading platform, compliances, account opening, e-kyc, Dealers, Back office.

3. Working knowledge of software like, shilpi, neat, know.

4. Should have been played majour role of developing of new segment in share broking industry.
