1. Work experience of 5-7 years in M&A advisory, PE fund raising/syndication, across origination and execution

2. Experience in financial modeling, preparation of transaction documents

3. Should have interfaced with clients on transactions

4. Skill sets: strong verbal and written communication skills, quantitative orientation, self motivated
