Managing capital account transactions & has strong exposure in RBI Liaison & good at FEMA guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Knowledge of ECB/FDI/ODI guidelines

- Knowledge of Account opening

- Knowledge of SNRR/PO/BO/LO accounts.

- Knowledge of Tax payments

- Knowledge of KYC guidelines for account opening.

- Knowledge of TDS on Fixed Deposits

- NACH Guidelines

- Vetting of Escrow account agreement and processing of transaction.

- Regulatory reporting for the department.

- Kaizen and process improvements.
