Role & Responsibilities :
- Calculation of tax, preparation of tax challan and submission to authorities.
- Processing of Payments like travel claims of employees, telecommunication bills, rent of company house, stamp duty & brokerage charges, food bills, relocation reimbursements etc.
- Submission of MIS report of all expenses to Head Office.
- Maintenance of records for all cheques.
Skills & Knowledge :
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
- Must have working knowledge of processing entries in books of accounts.
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Accounts / Commerce / Business Administration
- Must have a strong execution bias
- Ability to close tasks end to end
- Must have strict adherence to TAT
- Should be able to manage stakeholders
- Flexibility & Time Management
