The profile is that of the HR Generalist wherein the incumbent will be involved in the entire gamut of HR Operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing Recruitment, Induction, Employee Engagement, Benefits, Learning & Development etc.
Responsibilities include :
- Understanding the manpower requirement & sourcing profiles accordingly to meet the business objectives.
- Maintaining recruitment vendor relationships and developing new sourcing channels for the bank.
- Inducting new joiners and ensuring all on-boarding formalities are completed
- The incumbent will also be involved in OD interventions for the bank.
- Assisting in managing Goal Setting Process & Performance Management Process.
- Conducting employee engagement activities, re-examining the policies and procedures etc.
- Assisting in Internal Audit process.
Must have :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MBA / PGDM
- Strong multitasking and excellent time management skills
- Solution oriented
