Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation is one of the largest Japanese banks in the world and serves customers in APAC, EMEA and Americas region. The bank is majorly involved in commercial banking activities. In India, the bank had launched its operations in March 2013 and is growing steadily since then. We are looking out to recruit dynamic people for the branch to aid the business expansion plan in the country.

JOB SUMMARY

The ideal incumbent would be responsible for the marketing and implementation activities of the Cash Management Services for the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Marketing of CMS / Transaction Banking products

- Handling a mix of large to mid corporates

- Focusing on customer mandates for both Payments / collections business

- Seeking new clients for Transaction banking business

- Cross Selling of Transaction banking products to existing clients

- Achievement of Volume & Income based targets

- Working Knowledge of different settlement systems in India

- Working Knowledge of FX transactions

- Working knowledge of Trade products (LC / BG / Supply chain discounting / Import payments) / UCPDC guidelines

- Working knowledge of dividend deals / calculations / Escrow accounts

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Working Experience:

- No. of years of work experience 8 - 20 years or more in similar function

Qualifications:

- Graduate / Post Graduate from a tier -1 Institute.

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

- Should have been a part Strong communication & negotiation skills

- Multi-tasking and good time management

- Ability to work under strenuous situations
