AVP - Derivative Structuring - Large Corporates

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Understand client requirements and market suitable FX and derivative solutions to Corporate & Institutional clients.

2. Partner with regional Structuring team & Control functions to add new products, enhance desk capabilities.

3. The role requires good understanding of structuring & executing FX and Rates derivatives.

4. Deal FX & derivative transactions with customers. Work closely with Trading team to ensure smooth execution.

5. Ensure compliance with external (RBI, FEDAI, etc.) as well as internal (SMBC HO) guidelines at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile :

a) Knowledge : Good understanding of FX & Interest rate derivatives.

b) Skills :

- Pricing and sales of FX & derivative products.

- Expertise in execution of FX & derivative products.

c) Experience : 5-8 years' experience of structuring marketing Treasury products to clients.

d) Qualifications : MBA or Chartered Accountant.

Certification :

1. Certified Treasury dealer

2. Diploma in Integrated Treasury Management
