The bank is majorly involved in commercial banking activities. In India, the bank has launched its operations in March 2013 and is growing steadily since then. We are currently recruiting for Assistant Manager/Manager in the Legal & Compliance Department

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for handling compliance & KYC/AML related function of the branch and support the overall Legal & Compliance function in the branch which includes:

KYC AND ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING

- Preparing Customer profiles & monitoring transactions in customer accounts

- Online transactions monitoring through Safe Watch system for inward and outward transactions through swift

- Create scenarios, define parameters & thresholds for transaction monitoring in line with RBI/IBA guidelines

- Investigate and close AML alerts in SAS system

- OFAC and other negative screening of customers, authorized persons etc.

- Suspicious Transaction reporting, CTR, STR, CCR to FIU

- AML Risk assessment

- Conduct KYC for new relationships of Bank and Counter party and conduct periodic reviews.

- Advise the business and operations teams on AML & KYC regulations

- Review of AML procedure manual

- Conduct training for staff on AML, KYC and compliance topics

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

- Working experience of more than 5 years.

- Experience of working in a banking environment

- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance, KYC, AML

- Must be legally qualified (LLB)
