We are looking for people who can understand the need or create one, and then explain our value proposition to create a need in our prospects and customers alike. Building and creating a team with a drive and passion for talking to customers and presenting solutions to facilitate exponential growth and savings. Value propositioning is of paramount importance. Our expectations, your area of excellence : - Have experience in SaaS sales for B2B Enterprise Products - Creating a need in our prospects keeping their organizational drive and goal in mind - Comfortable with new sales and lead generation - Sound in the working knowledge of Ms Excel, Word & PowerPoint (Other MSOffice tools) - Should be hands on with handling an independent portfolio of customers and prospects, along with management of a team - Should be aligned to sales quotas and targets - Understanding our product and its many concepts and the value it provides to our customers and prospects - Understanding and discovering more with market trends and our competitor landscape - Driven and motivated to help customers and prospects, and our team solve challenges that they might be currently facing - Team player looking for the greater good of the company and then for themselves - Understanding and following the sales cycle and can provide key inputs in that area - Manage, lead, and enhance reporting for all sales folks, pipeline, and revenue - Follow up on and manage leads and prospects for sales and demo teams to enable scheduling, invites and closure and beyond - Liaising with other departments, like Creative, or Marketing and Communities, and Sales Enablement and so on Bare Bones on requirements : - Graduate at least. PG or MBA is great too - At least 10 years of experience in similar roles, of which atleast 2 years in B2B SaaS Product sales, managing individual customers and closing sales, along with team management - RE (Real Estate) Background will be an added advantage - Managing sales- people and customers on a CRM (Service and Sales) - Competitive spirit and a can do- will do mindset - New connections, new approach, new business and new questions on approach
