Smartwards - Analyst - IIT/NIT/BITS

Smartwards is looking for talented individuals to join our Analyst team based out of Delhi. We are seeking someone who craves a challenge and is not afraid to work outside their comfort zone.

Responsibilities

- Create weekly/ monthly detailed reports for partner outlets

- Work with tech team to build automated dashboards

- Churn through the store loyalty & transactional data to analyze trends and create appropriate campaigns around them.

Desired Skills and Experience

- A passion for and a desire to work with a startup

- A high level of personal organization and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Preferable from premier institutes(Non MBA) (BITS, IIT, NSIT and similar)

- An ex-consultant i.e. Bain / ATK / Mckinsey / BCG

- If from Capillary or other such retail analytics firms.

- 1-3 years of experience
