Regional Operations Head (First mile / Last mile)

We are looking for regional leadership roles for our First mile/Last mile (FM/LM) operations of Air and Surface operations. We are looking for

- FM/LM Head - West Region (based out of Mumbai)

- FM/LM Head - South Region (based out of Hyderabad / Bengaluru)

The role will report to COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Smartr Logistics.

Responsibilities :

- The role will be responsible for the overall operations of the region

- To manage all the locations (Smartr Service Centers) for First mile and Last mile operations

- Ensure no/minimal exceptions in SLAs of any activity related to pickup and delivery

- Plan and enroll necessary manpower/capacity for growth in business

- Work with Network team to design and optimize the mid-mile network plan for the region

- Achieve 99%+ NSL for pickup and delivery
