SmartOwner - Senior Role - Property Sales (15-25 yrs)
The Property Sales person will be responsible for handling sales through Property/ Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Developers, Property Channel partners. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, hands-on and detailed-oriented individual who has successfully built and managed property sales teams. Our ideal leaders are self-starters who embrace ambiguity, think big and bring their own uncompromised standard of excellence.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive national sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team by consistently evaluating the teams capabilities, providing training and help close high value transactions.
- Structure and implement sales targets for the team members and develop lucrative incentive plans.
- Create new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships to maximize revenue potential.
- Lead initiatives to result in high client satisfaction and retention.
Desired skills & experience:
- 15+ years of proven sales leadership experience
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven record of selling high end apartments & villas.
