Lititgation Lawyer

- Review, analyze and discuss all notices, disputes and legal matters with the internal Legal team and relevant stakeholders

- Coordinate with external legal counsel with regards to the legal matters at hand

- Provide brief to the counsel, discuss the case matters and follow-up regularly

- Develop and maintain good working relationship with the external legal advisors

- Assist with/review the documentation such as plaints, written statements, objections, writ petitions, appeals

- Appear before the courts to give evidence, sworn statements etc.

- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs and many other documents needed in preparation for court.
