SmartOwner - Investment Research Analyst

Job Summary

SmartOwner is looking for a Research Analyst who can review opportunities in stocks, bonds, real estate and other financial instruments/assets and provide investment options for the company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Investment deal execution from evaluation stage to closure

- Review and interpret financial statements of covered companies

- Perform thorough financial diligence on companies

- Provide fundamental research on industry/company and help generate timely and accurate investment recommendations

- Participate in industry conferences, on-site visits and gather first-hand information

- Develop financial models to accurately reflect overall performance and value

- Post Investment / Deal Execution monitor performance of the portfolio and provide timely updates and recommendations

Desired Skills

The right candidate will ideally possess:

- 1-4 years of professional experience in investment analysis, financial analysis or wealth management

- Strong good research skills and report preparation skills

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Sound business perspective and judgment

- Competent in developing financial models to enable the assessment of investment opportunities (Excel)
