Job Responsibilities:

Managing the set targets, allocation of the work between the team members depending on the different geographical territories

Responsible for achieving overall sales goal of the company

Hire, train, mentor and manage a large team of sales people, spread across multiple projects

Track competition actively and provide pricing and other inputs to management

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of all campaigns

Track and monitor sales process using relevant tools

Research and evaluate new business opportunities

This role would also include responsibilities, coordination and execution for publicity events and trade show
