The Head of Projects will be responsible for the profit and loss of the project while driving multiple departments to ensure the swift completion and monetization of projects in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, hands-on and detailed-oriented individual who has successfully managed P&L for large real estate projects. Key Roles and Responsibilities - Drive the asset acquisition, construction, engineering and sales departments to ensure the projects are taken swiftly to completion stage - Oversee the construction administration activities and ensure that the teams are delivering as per the set timelines - Manage the design team and ensure that all the drawings are accurate and being handed to site within stipulated deadlines - Ensure that the sales and marketing of the project Monitor the financial investment analysis, On time and on budget completion of the project - Prepare regular reports on progress, budgets, and expenditures related to the management of real estate development activities. Desired skills &amp; experience - 10+ years of experience of direct management of large and complex real estate projects - Previous experience managing budgets, control estimating, design and construction, coordination, and project scheduling. - Exceptional written and oral communication skills - Must possess sound business judgment and be able - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a large team that has varying goals - Must be a good multi-tasker who can meet deadlines in a consistent manner - Should be comfortable with numbers
