Job Summary - 

SmartOwner is looking for an asset acquisition manager who would be responsible for acquiring both domestic and international properties (commercial / coworking / retail / hospitality etc.) for the company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities-
 
- Develop and implement leasing strategies for properties.

- To act as an interface with all Realtors, Corporate occupiers, IPCs with reference to our requirements, submission of offers, RFPs, presentations, etc. to close rental transactions.

- Conversant with terms and conditions for the leasing and selling of properties.

- Drafting and negotiating the Lease Agreement and registering the same within the stipulated timeframe.

- Conversant with different types of leasing work.

- Co-ordinate with other departments like Legal, Planning and Civil Engineering for timely execution of leasing of properties.
