Job Description - - Plan, Execute, Analyse and Optimise all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives - search, display, email, social and affiliate marketing campaigns - Create, Measure and Optimise the performance of all marketing efforts across various objectives including customer acquisition, revenue generation, leads generation, remarketing, referral and brand awareness growth to deliver exceptional ROI. - Roll-out Customer Lifecycle Management initiatives by creating journeys, triggers and automation (with relevant analysis of data, and creation of required content) - Regular Data Analysis to uncover insights and optimise for scale while meeting RoI objectives - Develop and execute innovative growth marketing strategies using insights, expertise and experiments - Collaborate with internal teams and agencies - creative, product and operations - Build and lead an in-house digital marketing team - Track emerging technologies and recommend creative ways to hack growth Desired Competencies &amp; Qualification: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing all channels of digital marketing preferably with proven consumer startup/established brands - Proven experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels - Must have worked in high growth startups for at least 2 years - Solid knowledge of website analytics - Experience of setting up and managing CRM tools - Obsessed with metrics such as CAC, ROI, ROAS, CPA, LTV, Cohorts, retention etc. - Strong quantitative analysis skills - Ability to utilise analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action - Ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail. - Self-starter that can work independently and collaborate with a team
