We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Account Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Specifically looking for folks who have spent done engagement of any kind in BFSI space i.e. Banking & Insurance.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Developing positive relationships and handling customers needs.
- Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
- Deep account farming to create new and new opportunities from an existing account.
- Should be able to engage with Senior and mid-level leadership team.
- Should have done some sort of automation sales in large enterprise accounts (Banking ideally).
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Preference : Candidates from Banking segments who has handled automation.
This is based out of Gurgaon - WFH .
