SmarterBiz - Chief Sales Officer

We are looking for Chief Sales Officer who has prior experience in overseeing all sales-related activities including assessing, implementing and managing sales strategies thereby building the revenue and growth.

Products :

1. Conversational Bots to automate any customer engagement

2. Speech automation for customer engagement

3. Contact centre platform automation

Target Market : BFSI, E-Com and F&B

Responsibilities :

- Spearhead the creation and developing the sales strategies and ensuring this is aligned to its objectives.

- Responsible for retaining existing customers, increasing the customer base and sales through market penetration strategies, planning advertising campaigns, and delivering new product offerings

- To be creative and entrepreneurial, the ability to grow at a fast pace in the current market.

- Manages the sales team's strategy and plays a significant role in developing the strategy, and leading the verticals, sales channels, and services or the company.

- Lead and develop new clients

- Create and keep high level professional relationships with clients.

- Design and implement the sales plans effectively.

- Periodical checks on the performance on the implemented sales

- Manage all activities involved in sales, operations, customer care, and support system.

- Come up with ideas to boost company's sales revenue by analysing sales strategies and necessary changes.

- Should develop innovative strategies and lead change within the dynamic environment.

- Handle the team effectively by aligning the team's performance with the organization's sales goals. They should be capable of cross-functional collaboration.

- Responsible for setting sales targets, determining sales initiatives' effectiveness, and understanding the need for change.

Criteria :

1. Must have proven experience in Automation sales, On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based product to a diverse customer base.

2. Experience in working in an intense fast paced target oriented business is necessary.

3. Analytical Skills and eye for detail are must.
