Job Description

- Responsible for the overall Revenue generation & Profitability, targeting Schools in the assigned territory

- Responsible to deliver overall loan sales targets for the sales team that can deliver on Cost Efficient Customer in the assigned market

- Day to day monitoring of the sales team on productive School visits to generate business. To ensure new clients Acquisition / up-sell / Cross-sell in the assigned territory

- Coordinating with the Versura team and other departments for any day to day requirements

- Client Visits with team to generate business and ensure productivity of the team

- Responsible for day to day Operations, Resource Planning, Training schedules & Product Penetration in the assigned territory

- Monitoring the productivity & service levels of the team. Providing regular & systematic feedback to team members on performance indicators

- Keep on top of significant market and competitive developments

- Data Management of team, activities to generate leads as well as effective extraction and creation of prospect data

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole

- Developing sales strategies and setting targets

- Compiling and analyzing sales figures

- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

Credentials

- Should have minimum 7-8 years of experience in sales with Banking / Financial Technology organizations

- Should have a strong drive and entrepreneurial spirit with passion for education.
