- Responsibility includes business planning, new business initiatives, product & marketing strategy and management reviews for evaluation of business performance.

- Due diligence and deal structuring including analysis of financial statements, financial modelling, industry analysis, business profile and risk assessment of the proposal involved in acquisitions.

- Helping in Business strategy to increase portfolio size by identifying potential relationships and revenue-generating opportunities

The candidate should be :

- An MBA, preferably finance/general management with atleast 3-5 years experience.

- Expert in juggling multiple projects and achieving on -time completions.

- Self-driven, hard-working, eye to detail, proactive, well organized, quick learner with sound decision making skills.
