The job would include :
- Evaluate, streamline, and optimize current hiring processes
- Identify and shortlist the right talent for all open job positions
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and improve recruiting efficacy
- Think creatively and bring an innovative framework to talent acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process
Candidate Requirement :
- Expertise in recruitment esp. in sales hiring, preferably with some start-up experience.
- Great sourcing, selling and negotiation skills
- A creative approach to recruiting
- A drive to improve the overall talent acquisition function
