Role & Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for new client acquisition by selling company's innovative range of high value product solutions and services to premier schools.
2) Developing strategies to explore new regions to generate more business
3) Making power packed presentations to eminent educationists and influencing them to adopt path breaking Smartclass initiatives.
4) Relationship management with client schools
5) Ensure higher level absorption of the program by teachers and school to meet program extension and renewal target
6) Responsible for cross sell and up sell in the existing schools
7) Ensuring smooth collection of payments from schools & Handling Escalations
8) Train, coordinate and manage all the resource coordinators in the given zone
9) Review audits and training sessions for existing schools
10) Submitting sales report to the Regional Head on a daily basis.
11) Taking feedback from the teachers and principals to ensure smooth functioning of Smart Class.
12) Organizing events and seminars to promote the product and coordinate with the clients.
The candidate should have :
- Good track record of closing sales and meeting revenue targets.
- Excellent communication skills. - Perseverance, willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to stretch and work under pressure.
- Should be able to identify road blocks and get around them.
- Should be able to understand market dynamics quickly and make course corrections.
- It's a high energy job which requires the Area Manager to spend 100% of his/ her time in the field.
Credentials and Experience: Min. 1 years of experience in sales. Education Qualifications Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline. Preferably MBA.
Salary: 6-8 Lacs P.A.
