Smart Stream Technologies - Online Community Manager (3-6 yrs)
Location : Hyderabad, India
We are seeking a highly motivated Online Community Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our online community through various channels, such as social media, forums, and chat rooms.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement community strategies to drive engagement and growth
- Create and manage content for online community channels, such as social media and forums
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Plan and conduct weekly webinars, AMA sessions, and other community programs
- Monitor and track key metrics, such as monthly and daily active users, engagement rate, etc.
- Respond to community inquiries and moderate discussions to ensure a positive user experience
- Drive Referral Programs, Parent Chapters, and Student Clubs on community platforms.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in online community management, with a minimum of 1 community managed previously
- Prior experience managing Tribe, Discord, Facebook Group, Reddit, and Quora community is mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using community management tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiar understanding of how to track key metrics, such as monthly and daily active users and engagement rate
